Mid Kent Vehicle Services has been delivering a first class service to drivers of all makes and models of car, van, motorhome and minibus for the last quarter of a century. Although we have come a long way from being a “one man band”, having expanded into larger premises three times, we have not forgotten the importance of our customers. Indeed, we still service and maintain vehicles for customers that we first looked after over 25 years ago! In our capacity as a Citroen Authorised Repairer, our quality performance is constantly monitored, using independent customer contact calls, and our Customer Satisfaction scores are always at the very top of the list, regularly being over 90%.

In order to maintain the high targets we set ourselves, we phone our customers after carrying out work to make sure they are completely satisfied. On the rare occasion that a customer is not completely satisfied, we make strenuous efforts to rectify the situation – virtually always with complete success!

As part of our efforts to give our customers the very best experience, we always estimate the cost of repairs before starting, we always contact our customers before carrying out any additional work, and we always estimate prices that include parts, labour and VAT. There are no hidden extras – we don’t charge for consumables, we don’t charge for greases, we don’t even charge for screenwash when we service your vehicle!

Regardless of which vehicle it is we’re servicing, we always use the latest specification Fully Synthetic Oil, suitable for all vehicles including those with Catalytic Converters and those with Particulate Filters. Parts are Original Equipment or Original Equipment Specification. Our workshop is equipped with a vast and comprehensive range of equipment to enable us to carry out even the most complicated of tasks to the highest standard. Our workshop staff are qualified, time served technicians with decades of experience in all fields and a massive knowledge base. The Technicians regularly attend training and update courses in order to keep abreast of the advances in motor vehicle technology.
